Eco Grass

Elephant grass (Miscanthus) is one of the most beautiful and largest grasses with a height of up to three metres functioning well as wind and noise protection. The sturdy stems and slender long leaves of this perennial grow very quickly with little maintenance once established and naturally stores an exceptionally high amount of CO2 (up to six times more absorption than a tree forest). Eco grass offers a great way for consumers to reduce CO2, capture ammonia and particulate matter from the environment, purify water courses and improve soils, and reduce nitrogen in the soil with a stylish garden plant for landscaping, mass planting and as a source of raw eco-material (fibres) for bio-based products.
